The accused responsible individuals and representatives of Zijin stated that they are not guilty of air pollution in Bor (VIDEO)

In the Basic Court in Bor today, a hearing was held in the trial against the defendants, the company “Serbia Zijin Cooper Bor” and the responsible person, based on the indictment of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Bor, for the criminal offense of Environmental Pollution. On this occasion, the accused were questioned, and they stated that they do not feel guilty for the alleged offense. The prosecution believed that the verdict could be pronounced today, while the defense proposed to hear the witnesses who have already given statements, as well as the expert. Judge Milanka Stojanović accepted this proposal, so the trial will continue on January 24 next year.
