Festival Evening in Bor as part of the project “Environmental response to mining expansion in Timočka Krajina”

As a part of the project “Environmental response to mining expansion in Timočka Krajina”, which is financed by the EU and implemented by the Association “Za Drinking Fountains” and partner organizations from Bor and Zaječar, a festival evening will be organized in Bor in the City Amphitheater in front of the Museum of Mining and Metallurgy, on August 29, 2022, at 7 PM.

Boban Pogarčić from the Association “Za Drinking Fountains” points out that this event is also a special edition of the international tourism and environmental film festival SILAFEST, which has been organized in Veliko Gradište for 14 years.

This Festival Evening, dedicated to the theme of air quality, will begin with the premier performance of the inclusive children’s play “Bestow a Breath”, where children actors from the Children’s Center and the L-Down Association from Zaječar will present their vision of environmental problems. After the play “Bestow a Breath”, there will be a rich environmental film program and panel discussion.

The entire program of the Festival will be broadcast via live stream on the YouTube channel “Za media” and “Za Drinking Fountains” and via social networks.
