Environmental Play, Films, and Panel Discussion at the Festival Night in Bor ‘Environmental Response in Timočka Krajina’ (VIDEO)
Last night in Bor, a Special festival evening was organized as part of the project “Environmental Response to Mining Expansion in Timočka Krajina,” funded by the EU and implemented by the Association “Za Drinking Fountains” in collaboration with partner organizations from Bor and Zaječar. The audience had the opportunity to witness the premiere of the inclusive play “Bestow a Breath” by the Children’s Center Zaječar, the animated film “Grey Days,” and the documentary “Clear Sky over Bor,” produced by the “Za Drinking Fountains” Association. Additionally, the best environmental films from this year’s selection of the 14th International Festival of Tourism and Ecology Film SILAFEST, currently taking place in Veliko Gradište, were featured. The public discussion on air pollution included activists from environmental associations in Bor and Zaječar: Zvonko Damnjanović from the Civic Library “Europe” Bor, Toplica Marjanović from the Association of Young Researchers of Bor, and Boban Pogarčić from the Association “Za Drinking Fountains” Zaječar.
