Thematic Festival Evening “Environmental Response in Timočka Krajina” Dedicated to Water Protection Held in Zaječar (VIDEO)

Last night, a special Festival Evening on the protection and sustainable use of water was organized in Zaječar, as part of the project “Environmental Response to Mining Expansion in Timočka Krajina,” funded by the EU and implemented by the Association “Za Drinking Fountains” and partner organizations from Bor and Zaječar. The association “Children’s Center” performed the play “Boy from the Water,” the documentary film “Living Water” premiered, and several other environmental films were showcased. The festival concluded with a public forum discussing the goals and previous activities of the project, featuring speeches by Boban Pogarčić, President of the “Za Drinking Fountains” Association, Selena Ristić from the “Children’s Center,” and Marija Sebić, a collaborator of this association.
